What it is?

This workshop is to introduce managers to a coaching approach as a style of management.  The aim is to introduce them to coaching concepts and to give them a set of tools which they will have tried out and received feedback on.

  • Have an understanding of the differences between mentoring, coaching and directing
  • Gain a set of ‘tools’ that you can use to introduce a coaching approach in the  management of your teams
