What it is?

Many organisations train employees to have coaching skills and set up an inhouse group of coaches for staff. One of the key ways to maintain and continuously develop their effectiveness is to have a program of regular continuous personal development sessions and supervision for them.   These sessions allow coaches to practice a coaching tool, get feedback on their coaching and network with other coaches. They also enable coaches to discover and develop their unique style and strengths. The sessions can be on any requested topics, below are some examples.

Each session is a half day and will focus on the use of a tool for the topic, you will then have the chance to practice and get feedback from the facilitator and the group.

 

Who is it for?

These coaching and supervision sessions are for organisations who have an inhouse set of coaches who they want to ensure can sustain high quality coaching. They are for groups of 6.
